Needed urgent AC repair. Friendly reception and car taken in same day. I paid for a diagnostic on a 2004 vehicle. Received a quote for more than $9,000 to bring everything up to date. Services maintained by previous owner. When I decided not to pour money into this car, I was told that car should probably not leave the lot. "I shouldn't even allow you to drive off the lot." Brakes were metal on metal. Another car technician replaced the brake pads (which I had previously bought and were in the trunk) indicating the pads were worn but not metal on metal. When I went to pick up the car I was asked to sign. I asked what I was signing for? Just to say you are refusing all services. I double checked. So this is just for declining any repairs. Yes. THEN... I was handed the paperwork. This is your copy saying you refused service and a liability waiver. After questioning the deception I left with this leaves a taste in my mouth, and the reason I will not do business with you. Note: I have no problem signing the waiver. They had TWO chances to say it is included in the paperwork. Shine on the outside of a business DOES NOT equal honesty and ethical.

I had to take my car back a second time so Carmines could get work done correctly. (replaced fuel pump)Float level on fuel pump for fuel level gage was not right. Carmines corrected that and it works now. [ I would return to Carmines again.] Overall, it was a good level of service (I would say 3 and 1/2 gold stars.)

We have just purchased a 2018 Maserati Levante with under 25,000 miles on it. We wanted to take it to a garage to have it looked over and see what all it needed. Carmine is wonderful. I love the system. They have set up to check the car out to text an email and let me know everything that needed to be done on the car which were just basic tuneup needs on a car with 25,000 miles. I got to see the cost of each individual thing that needed to be done or was recommended to be done and choose in order a priority how we wanted to go about with it. We chose to go ahead and have Carmine bring the car up-to-date and when I picked it up, it was like I was driving it brand new off the showroom floor. It runs like a dream and I have to be careful to use cruise control. Otherwise I might get in trouble but will continue to use Carmine. They have wonderful services and I’m looking forward to a long relationship.

I have to say - this team at Carmine's is amazing, from the customer service- detailed information - follow up - communication- care for your car - workmanship- knowledge, etc. This team is outstanding. I am so very grateful and satisfied I have finally found a complete service oriented and experienced mechanic and car care service and they will back up their work and get it right the first time. And if they can't - they will let you know too. They are up front and tell you what the issues are - what to expect in short and long term and they will work with you as well. Very pleased with entire operation☺ Thank you Carmine's

I really appreciate the service I received from Carmines. Everyone was polite! My sister recommended this company b/c the location I normally go to was no longer trustworthy. I received a detailed quote about the repairs recommended. I was able to receive transportation to and from work (which is a 45 minute drive) so I wouldn’t have to miss a day. I really appreciate explaining recommendations in the future for maintenance instead of just printing them on a piece of paper and not reviewing them with me. Carmines just really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
